Committed to your future!
Ms. Aleeka Moody began working with children ten years ago as a Program Aide with the Boys and Girls Club. Her work there inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Winthrop University. While attending Winthrop, Ms. Aleeka discovered her love of working with teens while planning and programing for Firm Foundations of The Carolinas.
When Ms. Aleeka returned to her home of North Augusta, South Carolina, she saw a need for what her skills and education had to offer. This need led her to create Teen Dreams in the fall of 2014. Teen Dreams was starting with the sole purpose to enhance the lives of young women by teaching critical thinking, communication and life skills.
Ms. Aleeka became a Certified Youth and Family Life Coach in 2016 and focuses her practice on Teen/Tween girls and their mothers. Through her practice, Ms. Aleeka feels that she can help teen/tween girls find healthy ways to cope with issues that arise in the years that shape their identities.
